> Obtain a written prescription for OT or PT from your physician (prescriptions are valid for 30 days from the date on the prescription).

> Medicare patients must be referred from an OSC physician. Please call us for specific instructions.

> Call 215-657-1115 to make an appointment for either location. We will verify your insurance coverage. Some insurances do limit where you may receive physical and occupational therapy.
